Return Policy

Jiffy Steamer Company strives to manufacture the best steamers in the world. If our products do not meet your needs, you may return them in the original packing materials, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the address below. We will issue a 100% merchandise refund if the unit is returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. If the unit is returned in new condition outside this 30 day window up to 180 days, there will be 25% restocking fee assessed based on the invoice cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable under either of the above circumstances. Jiffy Steamer Company, LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds for discontinued products or steamers more than 180 days past the date of purchase.
